Some localities are no longer allowing you to file the memorandum of purchase  without prepaying for the taxes on the property in the amount of the contract. Has anyone else come across this issue, if so, how did you get around it?

I was wondering if it were possible to wholesale properties that other wholesalers are advertising. I'm asking because, I've completed cops on a few of these properties and noticed that the asking prices are extremely low in comparisons to the ARV's.

Yes, REI Pro does charge I think a $2 or $5 fee to skip trace phone numbers and close relatives. There is also a free option, however, they don't guarantee a number will be available.
