About to pull trigger on first flip and wondering how others financed first flip?

We are just starting out flipping and we’re wondering creative path others have taken to start out? Especially if that means less down up front!

We were leaning towards HELOC but I've talk to other flippers so are now considering being more creative. Any creative paths you can share?

@Diana Muresan I’m not a fan of Reno loans right now after seeing some deals gone sideways but that’s not saying I won’t like them down the road! I appreciate the overview of a few other fha vs. convenient paths and I’m enjoying finding out more and more as I go along this MF journey.

@Steve Bracero I agree with most as well. Starting to compare areas and seeing which draw in various potential renters with businesses vs. hospitals/etc.
