@Dana Dietz

First off congratulations! Yes I am working to improve my credit. I’m paying down debit and working with the Lexington law firm to get stuff removed. It’s just such a slow process and I want to get started in real estate now.

@Caroline Gerardo

My credit isn’t that good. I’ve been working on it for awhile now. It’s only around 630. I thought getting a home equity loan might be easier.

I am new to real estate and would like to find a way to get started. I don’t have much money saved and I’m not able to get a loan. I do have a house I bought it 2013 through a foreclosure. I owe around $79000 and It’s worth probably 220,000. Should I try to use that equity to buy property and rent out? Any and all advise would help.

I am a 27 year old mother to 2 girls a 9 year old and a one year old. I am currently working as a nurse and although I do enjoy my job it isn't what I want to do forever. I have always been interested in real estate but I have never figured out how to get started. I would like to buy houses and rent them out... I think. I say I think because I'm not sure what the best route is to take in real esate. I want to work for my self have my own "business" control my own hours. I don't mind putting time and effort into it I just want more time with my kids, I want to be with them on holidays and to put them to bed every night and attend all the sports. I also want to be wealthy or very comfortable in life and be able to give my girls a great start in life as well. I feel like real estate is the path for me, I just need so guidance. I do already have a mortgage on my own home that I got when I turned 22 but still owe about $80,000. My credit is decent but I think I have more debit than credit. I am super willing to try what ever will get me to where I need to be I just need the right people to talk and that is what has landed me here. Thanks, I know the post was kind of long.
