 Thank you. I truly appreciate it. My husband is from fort myers actually and we visit there quite often.

Thank you. I agree. Should be fine. But I have been told by 3 separate lenders that I was denied due to those same late payments on my student loans 5 years ago. So I’m just looking for another option or creative financing or something. It has been a big hinderance in my investment plans.

Hello all,
My name is Felicia and I reside in Orlando, FL. I am attempting to refinance my house to rent out as an investment property. I am also looking for funding for short term vacation rentals/apartment complexes.
I have been with my current job for 7 years, my debt to income ratio is at 42%, and my credit score is at an average of 708 across the three major bureaus. The issue is that I have had 2 late payments in 2017 and one in February of 2020 on my credit report.

I have spoken with several private lenders and mortgage lenders, but all have turned me down due to these late payments. I am in the process of trying to get these late payments removed, but this can take some time.
I would like to know if there is any one or any company that will approve a refinance and/or an investment loan based on my current circumstances?
