Also I agree BP is a great wealth of info, but sometimes it can an overload of different opinions.
There is nothing like going out in the world to learn but a good coach/mentor is priceless.

Hello everyone I'm a new investor and I would like to know, if anyone has used Larry Goins Filthy Riches course and/or Bill Vaughn -The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate course.
Which one is good, bad or ugly? are they worth getting?
How many deals did you do because of the course?
