Just weighing the options for going to the PRO account. My main goal is to expand off-market deal brokers and wholesaler options for the Houston area/South Texas area. 

Any one have recommendations for joining wholesaler forums for MULTI-FAMILY properties?? Thanks!

I was wondering if any of you all had worthy wholesaller email distributions and off-market properties for investors??

I agree with all the statements above. I would fall into the 2 deals done category, but am actually branching out of my comfort zone by getting a BRRRR deal within the next few weeks and would love to discuss others journeys across REI and where they are at now.... Because my eventual goal would be do get into that 1MM$ plus deal for multifamily. I am a construction manager by background (Currently still am) but am absolutely passionate about this industry and the wealth generation it creates. I am also recently applied for my RE agent licence to essentially practice buy/sell/rental for not only myself, but other investors with the same passion.

I appreciate the information... But YES I agree 100% about the finding property step.. The financials I have played with my spreadsheet that I created to analyze properties plus the BP calculators. (Which are great).

Adam, That Duplex deal sounds amazing! I have actually been looking at some minor REHAB potential in galveston, Alvin, Manvel, etc. 

I currently manage my own 2 properties as well that cash flow just fine. But thanks again for the recommendation for wrap around mortgages.

Do you all still have any investment like minded group meetups?? I am new to the Pearland area looking to invest/syndicate/property manage. I currently have my own two single family home rentals in the San Antonio area, but looking to branch into duplex/4-plex buy & rent strategy in the South Greater Houston area.
