Wendy. Thanks for your question. I have been trialing all of the Apps and software mentioned on this Post, one by one. I must say that I have not yet started my account on Rentigo, so I dont have an opinion yet over this software . Ashley (one post befo my last) is the person that is recommending me the software. Ashley can you gave Wendy your opino over her question?

I have a full time Job while I invest on Rental properties, and although I get support from by broker and Accountant, I like to track what's going on on my properties. In general, chek if utilities are paid for, land taxes, contract ending dates or renovation, maintenance dates, etc

I would like to know if someone is using an App or Software to do such (instead of only excel sheet) and if you can share your experiences you had with it.

Luc. Guess what. Turns out that your comment made a big difference on the cash flow. Once I place this cost as part of the initial Capital, number turn in to positive. Many thanks. Now the analisi makes more sense.

Luc. Thanks I will run the numbers again on this base. Though I know that Bank will not finance this cost so I will have to pay it upfront as part of the down payment.

Susy, yes properties are in central mexico.

I have both Nationalities so no problem with this. Im made many operations on the past (not for me, but for clients) of land and property purchase. This is the first investment on my own real estate portfolio. The area is booming with Automobile Industry, specially coming from Japan, ad the offer of good and nice housing is way out of balance, so rents are in high demand and rent prices are quite high.
