@Redgy I don’t own bitcoin , just a bunch of alt coins . The initial investment was about $800 and right now hovering around $700 . I like to keep a little skin in the game . Wouldn’t make sense for me to liquidate at this point

@Redgy yes sir that’s the goal , I want to buy Atleast a duplex and eliminate my rent if not cash flow . Eliminating my rent would create an extra $700/month cash flow for me . Haha your giving me too much credit here . It’s actually more like a 40k income if you count my tips as well .

@tina the reason I can’t move out of NYC is because my parents do not speak English , the area which I live has a high bengali population so they can still live there life , they can walk to where they have to go without me always having to take them . That’s primarily why I want to stay here , my little brother also goes to school here

@thwanda wouldn’t I need the income to back up getting a loan of that size . Even if I get 50k for the down payment 

I have about another 10k in investments , 5.5k in my Roth IRA , and 3.5k in my Robinhood account as well as 1k in crypto currency

@kimberly , I’ve read rich dad poor dad , great book . I also listen to a lot of YouTube videoes , and podcast while I’m working .

@dennis how much do you think I need to save before I should start investing ?
