Hi Jason,

Definitely sounds good but would you recommend first investment out of state?

Hi! Would this be your first fix and flip? Have you given any thought to buy and hold properties in your area? Somerville is a great area, diverse and attractive to renters. Killer downtown, restaurants and close proximity to a reputable hospital.

Hi Lisa,

Yes, this would be my first investment. Definitely I see the option of buy and hold the property. For some reason, I feel like it is same route taken by most of new bees and it is long run.I would like to keep the run short to avoid the risk and so is the reason I did choose for fix and flip.

Hello everyone! I have some money that has been sitting in a savings account not doing much of anything for me. I'm wondering if there's anything that I could do with $50-$70 k to make money in real estate??? This is all new to me and I live in CNJ. I'm interested more to lend on 6 months projects or invest in fix and flip but don't have any knowledge about it.
