I have decided not to purchase the mentor program with Carson and Jackson Weiner. I have reviewed a few others that I haven't purchased and decided to just start collecting information. REI Tipster (Seth Williams) has a lot of information on his website as well as podcasts to listen to. He is selling a program for $2900 which is a set of modules and a once a month coaching call. I thought it was going to be more hands on which I would prefer. I feel if I am going to give someone money for training then I want them working beside me at least through my first deal (purchase and flip). I know I have to put in the work but I don't want to buy more information.

Has anyone joined or spoken to Carson and Jackson Weiner about their mentor program to buy/sell land? They say if you join their program they will mentor you to help you find land to put under contract with a seller and then find a builder to buy the land and reassign it to the builder. The program is $3000, and I haven't found much online about them.

I started out investing in non-performing notes but having trouble obtaining those lately.
