Welcome. I’m also new to BP community, although I’ve been a regular BP podcast listener for a few months. I live in Jersey City and own two multi unit rental properties here. I just acquired my first single family property and deciding which route to go: 1) do furnished rooms and rent out to students since it’s located right between St Peter’s University and NJCU, or 2) concert it to two family house and rent as two separate apartments. Haven’t thought about AirBB because at one point the short-term rental market here got too saturated and the prices didn’t make sense, so I decided to stick with long term rentals. Would love to maybe meet up with you and exchange knowledge. Let me know.
