Thanks. I'm looking for options and maximum return on investment since I'm starting off. These are just two areas based on my research so far. Any other area that you suggest?

@Jodi G. I started looking in the Katy. Any particular subdivisions you recommend? What are your thoughts on the Tamarron subdivision?

I'm looking to invest in a property to rent. Houston is so large and I'm having a hard time narrowing down an area. Any suggestions where to start?

My criteria for the purchase is:

1. Property purchase under 200K

2. Rent for $1200-$1500
