Wow! Really helpful article and great source as to get the whole perspective of what is predicted to happen... but I definitely agree with you on that it doesn’t cover a whole lot of burbs.. it’s mainly focused on the city and some areas but not all... so as of investing and fix and flip which part of the city would you recommend? Up north or down south? I know there’s a lot of fix and flip taking place around south side but doesn’t that create a lot more of a competition to buy around those areas and what’s like the average time period a property takes to sell off in south side? Beside that thank you so much for your response really informative and helpful and would love to connect!

What do guys think about the Chicago market?? Is it still gonna be on the rise or is there a chance of it crashing?? From the information I’ve collected it seems that it’s on the rise since the foreclosures sales are 6.2% compared to the last year’s 8.2%. It would be beneficial to know if any big corporations or businesses coming to Chicago??
