@John D. because if an incident occurs and I wasn't made aware until later, I have some time before it erases. I don't need constant filming, just whenever there is sound or movement (which would be daily anyway).

Hi,

First time posting! Seeking best recommendations for wireless cameras, and the biggest considerations. For me, it's:

- Cloud service that comes free or low-cost.

- At least 3 months of recording.

Feel free to link me to a pre-existing discussion. I tried browsing but didn't see anything in my quick search.

Thanks!

Farhan

Hi Seth,

I’m sure you’ve found the answer by now but the standard lease in MA allows Landlord to make tenant responsible for utilities only if it’s separately metered or sub-metered. Generally the costs of such only makes sense during a gut-rehab. Any cost of shared utilities cannot be billed to the tenant (ie you can’t have an agreement where each tenant pays 15% of each monthly bill, etc). They can built into the rent - just be sure to advertise which utilities are “free” so the tenants don’t pass you up when comparing your slightly higher with another apartment that separately meters.

My first answer on BP - hope it helped!

This is how I plan to do it also.
