Hello again. I agree with you both but I have one question. You both talk about a great team and great management. I undertand the management portion. But what qualities and personnel make a great team?

Thank you for the advice! I think I will pick a small market and develop that before jumping around. Figure out my niche and investment strategy.

Hi Jerry ,

Thanks for responding! I agree with you that having to assemble at eam in each location would be tough. I have a property manager in Vegas right now and I hate to loose to 10% a month in profit.

Hi,

My name is Farah and I'm a newbie from Vegas. I have one SF home in Vegas and I'm in the process of buying another SF in Phoenix. My job keeps me traveling so I don't really live anywhere. I've been looking at different markets but my question is should I stick to one area? Or buy all over? I'm just starting out so any advice would be great.

Thanks
