First BRRRR.....about to start rehab after a year of listening to BP Podcast, reading BRRRR, investing in my RE education.
Should Refi by 09/2020 and moving on to the next one by early 2021

Distressed seller. Waited patiently for a deal like this and put me in the money right away.

Referred over to me by Broker. Negotiated with Seller.

Currently researching any issues I will have with Refi since property is under LLC.

@Brook Boatman.  Thank you for your service Brook.  My main piece of advice is to listen to the BiggerPockets podcast episodes.  Its VERY informative and great for a newbie with endless topics to choose from.

Hello BP!

My name is Felipe Pena-Diaz. My wife and I own Felise Investments, LLC and we are looking to diversify into Real Estate. I have a career and have been working in the same company for over 16 years. I am looking to connect with other newbie REI's in my area and continue to learn and grow while networking.

Our short term goal is to learn as much as possible with the limited time we have (about 10 hrs during weeknights and weekends). Mid-term is to start looking at buying our first BRRRR property in early to mid 2020. Long term is to grow a portfolio of rentals that will eventually fund my retirement. I have enjoyed the BP podcasts tremendously!
