Can someone refer a good security attorney I can speak to? We are about to have several land projects and had investors interested but needs to do compliance with SEC. Thank you so much!

Hi, Candice, would love to connect. Is there a good time?

Thank you!

Thank you all for the replies. I have found two great referrals and things are looking great. Thank you again.

My husband and I are thinking to invest a short term rentals in Tennyson. We like Silverthorn Colorado but there is no cash flow there. Can we get something similar (mountain view, town feel) in the smokey's? Thank you!

Can you please share your experience on Silverthorn, Colorado new construction investment as vacation rentals? Thank you very much.
