Looks like a great thread on buy-and-hold in Boston, thanks for dropping all the knowledge folks. Reading the forums about Boston, it sounds like it's priced out for a lot of folks and quite over-heated unless you risk going into a Class C neighborhood.

I'm curious if any/ many folks are looking outside Boston, e.g. Manchester NH, or Providence RI, where the cost of entry is a lot lower?
