the good news is I am not only looking at Queens! But thanks for the reply.

My wife and I are also new to real estate investing and are forming a 2 owner LLC for our business. Our first home will ideally be a 3 or 4 unit property which we will also live in (house hacking) then get a loan against it in a year to obtain more properties. Any suggestions? Is this a good plan?

@Jon Huber that's great news! My wife and I are planning a move to WPB before the year ends AND are new to investing. Any help would be appreciated.

@Nicholas White what you said 2 years ago is great help in 2020! I am from NYC with plans to move to WPB by the end of this year. My wife and I are both new to investing AND interested in getting our first home.

@James Joseph that's great. 4 years later how is the market today? My wife and I relocating to WPB by the end of 2020. We are also investing. Any assistance on both would be appreciated.

@Basit that is precisely why I will be successful because I succeed where some will say-impossible. I respond by taking that very same word and show you I M Possible because that is precisely what I am going to do: challenge the typical and create a niche for my business that will set it and what I do apart. 

@Jerry Padilla I know this goes back 4 years but my wife and I are interested in a 3 or 4 family to house hack. Great credit, 20K down and up to 350K for the house.

We live in Brooklyn but have found things in Queens.
