Property was renovated about 3 years ago. Property has 2 bedroom 1 bath and full basement. The square footage is 1930 sq ft with basement and 965 sq ft without. Property taxes are less than $181/year!!! This property will rent for $600/month. Rehab needed is: clean out, paint, 1 new window, and new carpet. Thats a $5K rehab!!! Doesn't get any better!!! For some reason, it has been hard to get a list of probate properties. I would love to get a list bi-weekly. I tried going downtown to the city county building (Indianapolis) and they gave me the run around. Where can I go to get a list of probate properties? Thanks
