i am looking to buy in orlando a small multifamily with a va loan and 3 or 4 more small multifamily units with cash and financing

thank you all for taking the time to comment on my question.  It sounds like rental income building is the way to go!  

want to know how to get financing on several properties, with 20% down.  I have 200k cash and a pre approved loan for up to 350k.  Instead of using all my cash on a couple of properties, I want to use my cash to leverage loans for several rental properties.  How do I approach this effort?

Those of you who have used title search companies, how reliable are they and do you recommend one in particular?
