Good Day Alexandre, Trois-rivière is not my primary market but I know that it has seen a big hike in rent, especially for new contructions and well renovated appartements. For your refinancing, since rates are expected to go down and refinancing for 3 units is kind of a fast process I would wait ti find the deal before refiancing

There is Plexflow to, and It’s free for your first 2 units and commes cheaper when you scale in units. I use proprioexpert and find that it’s not that easy to use. If you like Plexflow tell me im thinking about changing

Hi. I want to change à warehouse to 2 2 bedroom appartements.I want a ball park of what it could cost me to do that. Anyone here havevan idea? I’m in Quebec city 

There is also JLR where you can find it in bulk for the adresses and 411 for the telephone numbers
