Hello everybody! I turned my primary residence into a long-term rental in December of 2023, I have an extension for my taxes and need help filing this year. I can work with someone local in Phoenix AZ or online. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

I lived in this home for almost 2 years and had always been interested in turning it into a rental. So far it's been great, I was very nervous at first but I found great info in the forums and youtube videos that helped me take the first steps.
