Thank you guys for taking your time answering and helping. It is really rewarding to see this help in my first post. Says a lot from the community and the page itself.

I have been researching some stuff, and yeah, you are right. Mortgages are completely different, same as laws, but this point won't make me stop reading the information from BP. I guess  there might be different " vehicles " let's say, but the goal and the product are the same in US and UK. 

Therefore I can use another vehicle and use the information from here, to be creative as well and reach the goal. The point is to be creative as far as I saw.

So again, thanks for the welcoming and lets see what happens next.

Hi, my name is Fabian I am 24 years old and I just moved from Spain to UK (London) after finishing my degree in Business management.

So, first of all thank you for having this great platform with such useful tools to learn and to share experiences.

My first question will be, as the subject says, if there is a huge difference between US and UK, lets say in laws, mortgage products, terminology... important enough to bear in mind since the very first moment.
