Yes agreed, goals are rentals/airbnb..I've made good profit so far from airbnb but the unit was owned by my friends mom and not me so I want my own place

is it better to shoot for a place directly on Collins Ave in Miami and expensive or somewhere near Collins and less expensive? (Both close to beach)
