Hi everyone!

I have a really motivated seller that is looking to sell her property at 7629 N Decatur st. Portland, Or 97203

Seller is looking for best offer and is ready to negotiate.

The property has a home on it but it's ready to fall apart the value is in the 50X100 R-5 zoned lot.

The home is in terrible conditions and is of no value but this lot is ready for a great builder/investor to come in and build some great homes on the property!

This is a perfect way for builder/investor to get into a really sought after Portland neighborhood.

Im Exxon and im a newer agent in Portland, I am fascinated by the topics in this community and i am looking to get into many of strategies presented here. I am currently looking for new ways to advertise a lot that i have for sale in north portland. I was wondering how i can reach a broader audience, out of town investors or builders who would want to buy land to develop on. I would appreciate any ideas or advise. thanks!!
