I just heard them recently myself. Based off what I’ve seen so far I’d say they are rushing to recruit reps to help with the huge back log of evictions coming up in February in CA. 

Im an investor and owner of my own eviction company Local Evictions LLC in the GA market.

They seem to be recruiting for man power but doing a power job doing it. But I suppose the nature of the business most ppl won’t like you anyway regardless. We are all heartless landlords. How dare us attempting to collect unpaid rent. 

The fact they have all the google Adsense on its website it’s a bit annoying for any user. I suppose let’s just see how it plays out for them.

Do we have any investors who have closed a lease option deal using TRIO ás the lease option financing company for buyer? I wasn't sure ì they only work with agents or if they were investor friendly as well.

Yes. Im also in the atlanta market.  Im using my license to have an advantage over other investor who havent been licensed. My focus will be on lease options.
