Welcome to BP, I am from Port Chester NY( border Greenwich CT) but invest a lot in CT.

I do flips and rentals in Bridgeport, had done some deals out in Tolland, Plainfiled and Ansonia as well.

Nice to see/hear from some else in the area.

New York metro is too expensive for your budget, try either Sullivan county Ny or new Haven county Ct.

Is there a local REA that you know of ?

I would like to network with other local investors since I am close and 

doing business in Connecticut that would be the ideal place, but would not stop me from going to Manhattan or any of the five boroughs .

Hi everyone,

My name is Everaldo Defreitas and got involved with real state investing about two and half years ago. Since then I've done a few flips, bought a single rental and a triplex. I also acquire some properties that I will be rehabbing soon and holding for some extra cash flow as well as some lots down in Florida. My target for this year is to get into apartment buildings.
