So I subscribed to Costar for a hefty monthly subscription. Once I narrow down the areas of interest, I’ll be able to filter the public records into the parameters I am seeking and find the owners that way. Let’s see how it goes!

Anyone know the best way to go about looking up public record data in a specific state/city with specific unit size? On and off market? Looking to search for apartment buildings 10-40 unit size.
