Thanks you all for your input. I was not sure it was possible to get started with a family and no capital. After listening to the podcasts I am now realizing there are different ways of getting into Real Estate Investing.

Can anyone advice me on how they got started while working full-time, with no capital since they have a family to provide for???

1. How to get in-touch with lenders and Raising capital

2. Transitioning from full-time employee to investor full-time.

3. Budgeting for family and investing needs.
