I'm sending out letters to owners of commercial properties and want to know if I should have a company with "Capital" in the title. Or, does it really matter? It may be slightly about Ego - maybe it actually puts me in a worse spot?

Other question, what legal structure do you have to cover yourself/you business.

@Ricardo Delgado working on one now at $1.2M. Granted, it's with a listing agent, a private listing, and what not.. so technically on market? However, I'm not here to say I know anything and everything about the real estate transaction. I don't find it right for anyone to say that. There is always so many intricacies to every transaction. I'd be excited to work together to acquire anything.

@Caressa Wilkinson let's talk about your options. But, the way I sell homes, I feel I am well deserving of a 5-6% commission.
