When analyzing a new build/“build to rent” property as a rental, what percentages/amounts are others using for:

-Maintenance/Repairs

-Vacancy

-Capex

I’d assume it’s less than than existing homes, but by half or is it safer to use the standard percentages?

Hello,

I’m considering investing in Evansville,IN and would love some input on the market from any local investors. Any referrals for agents, property management, and other area professionals would be much appreciated. I’m currently targeting small multi-family properties.

Thank you!
