@Will Fraser Thanks for your input. After hearing from you and @Bjorn Ahlblad, I am going to let Cox know that we aren't interested in an 8 year contract with them. You're absolutely right. The $10k is intriguing upfront, but Cox is already difficult to deal with and it's nice to make them keep competing for our business.

Hello Investors!

My company owns and manages a 100+ unit apartment complex in Oklahoma City. Cox, a local service provider, has approached us asking us to sign an 8 year contract in exchange for a $10,000 upfront payment in addition to $1,000 quarterly payments.

Does anybody have any experience with them? I am very skeptical of an 8 year contract to begin with and I want to see if anyone in the BP community has a better idea of what the catch is.
