@Matt R. There’s a company called Propy that uses cryptocurrency and blockchain to handle real estate transactions (From start to finish). The National Association of Realtor has actually been investing money into the company and have started to work with them.

From what I'm reading it says that Asheville allows "Homestays" which is what I intend on doing anyways. If that changes then I will probably apply for something called a "conditional zoning".

I'm a new to real estate and was hoping to get some advice on AirBNBing in Asheville NC.

The reason for my inquiry is because I'm hoping to buy a house and use AirBNB to househack it.
