I don't have anything to get done right now, but am considering self management of my Air BnB which would require a local handyman for when I do need something done.

Need someone to watch over the house when unoccupied, address issues as they arise when occupied (handyman), etc. 

My current property manager does a good job, but 25% of revenue is really eating into my return.

I believe I can manage the listings, check ins, schedule cleanings, etc., but without having someone trustworthy who is local to watch over makes it hard to transition to self management.

Any contacts or tips to share would be appreciated!

Looking for a reliable handyman in the South Bend, Indiana area.  Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Michael,

I have a property management company managing it and they charge 25%, which I feel like is a lot. I’d prefer self managing, but to do so I would need to find a handyman and cleaning service who I can trust. I am looking to connect with some short term rental investors in south bend to learn how others manage their properties. 

25% on every rental really eats into my return. 

Any advice would be appreciated.

Looking to connect with Air BnB/Short Term Rental investors in South Bend! Would like to learn some tricks to streamline property management.

I have owned an Air BnB property in South Bend for about a year now. I have seen some success, and am considering expanding my portfolio in South Bend.

2. What is the typical fee associated with property manager?
