I wish I could reply to each comment individually but I guess I can't do that. So, first of all, shout out to everyone from Missouri!

The main areas we are interested in are flips, single-family rentals and new developments. Would love to eventually get into duplexes, etc. and commercial real estate as well. I am definitely open to exploring all areas of REI.

Hey everyone! My name is Evan Holley. Myself and a partner have just started our adventure in real estate investing here in southeast Missouri. We're working hard on developing a business plan and networking with potential investors. We're super excited about the future and building our business.

I've read a few forum discussion already and have gained some valuable insight. I'm definitely interested in any advice or tips on getting started that some more seasoned veterans may have to offer. Of course, we're always interested in talking with potential investors and/or partners as well.
