Quote from @Sheryl Sitman:

Hey @Evan Grant so as a savvy experienced investor you already know that the  investor course stuff is not going to advance you and you know everything they have to teach already.. . Not to mention that the way many try to package their systems as some one size fits all to turn everyone into millionaires. I run a large group of Philly landlords and have a nice network of reliable service providers, contractors and reliable solutions that landlords need. I cooperate with a fantastic local investor who does coaching on a small scale. No guru BS :-) reach out if you want to chat.

Hello. Unfortunately at the present time I am not as savvy as I'd like to become. I am a good builder and have bought, remodeled and sold four (4) Philly row homes .. I would really appreciate an opportunity to chat as finding real gurus is a challenge as so many are pushing tired, dated formulas through Youtube and Instagram and it gets both confusing and exhausting. I would welcome the opportunity to chat ... [email protected] or 917.273.5395

Thanks,

Evan Grant

Another discussion.

I am a twenty year plus licenses GC who has built over 100,000,000. in commercial and residential construction in the NY, NJ, PA, CT and CA marketplaces. I have flipped new homes and townhomes but phased out raising a family and now am focused on utilizing my skills which are building, selling, expanding a circle of influence to focus my effort on the above. I am cross eyed by all the FB and Instagram gurus but one or two seem to be legit and I absolutely want a mentor and a team. Here for advice, guidance and alliances.

Kindly,

Evan Grant

Hello All,

I am a long time , NYC based general contractor who has built well over 100,000,000. in interior construction , mostly for hire and made a lot of folks a lot of money. I started in commercial and morphed into residential. I've built a few homes , knocked them down and built new out of the ground and sold them in Northern NJ, doing pretty good. I've purchased about nine small town home /  row houses, gutted them and sold them in Philadelphia. I am now at the point where I want to learn how to raise private money, learn how to under write smaller deals, learn wholesaling and utilize my next five to seven years quite wisely combining my building skill sets, circle of influence  with wealth generating skills.

I have watched Youtube and Instagram video/pitches till Ive become cross eyed the last several months absorbing pitch after pitch after pitch and am asking for advice. I am looking for the right mentor. I do not mind, within reason paying for the right services but finding the right source is critical. I've been around the block and worked for the money I have so by nature I'm methodical. I don't want to mention names in an open forum and I'm not looking to hurt anyone's business but I would really like advice on who is real and worth the expense to study wholesaling , how to raise capital and syndicating ?

Feel free to contact me .

Kindly,

Evan Grant
