Hello BiggerPockets community! My wife and I are just getting started in the income property realm and we are excited and motivated. We have been lurking for a while but figured it's time to introduce ourselves. My name is Evan and my beautiful wife's name is Tara. I am a Firefighter in Los Angeles and Tara teaches in Orange County. We are based in Southern California and our target market is the City of Des Moines. We visited the city last November and we liked what we saw! Construction cranes and new big box stores. Growth! We would like to focus on multi family 20+ unit buildings that appeal to young professionals in hip, up and coming areas. We are in need of a commercial Realtor. Can anyone suggest someone they have worked with? We need someone that is willing to work with clients out of state. We are hands on people and we appreciate energy and being kept in the loop. Nice to meet you all! We really like what we see with this BiggerPockets community.
