I am Evan, out of Wisconsin, looking to meet others in and out of Wisconsin that have as much passion about real estate as I do!
I have been wanting to get into real estate investing for a very long time and have been around And worked on house construction all my life. I had kids at a young age and never got the opportunity. But now that I have my feet on the ground it is time to start my journey.
I wanted to get into flipping houses but am currently working on getting my own house within the next couple months so cash flow is tight. With that being said I want to get into wholesaling because I can start for very little cost depending on how I go about it to create some cash I can turn around and invest into real estate investing, whether I throw it into direct mail and pay per click advertising or another investing avenue to add to the business plan.
I have been working on networking and have access to a list of local contractors. Currently working on getting a list of buyers and potential sellers to get deals running in and out. Any help would of course be much appreciated if course.
I am on episode 70 or something of BP podcast, Brandon and Josh still say most episodes that if you haven't you should introduce yourself on the forums. So here goes my first post on the forums!
