Hi everyone!

My group of investors and I are starting a STR in Heber City. To get a STR license in Wasatch County, we need to have someone as our rental manager. The county requires our rental manager to live within Wasatch County (it says 10 miles on the application but we called the county and they said within Wasatch County is okay). We were hoping we can find a cleaner and/or a handyman that's willing to be our rental manager.

Does anyone have reccs on cleaners and/or handymans that live near Heber City? Open to multiple referrals! Always better to have more than none :)

Hi there! My group of investors and I just bought a property in Heber City, Utah and we're turning it into an STR. None of us live in Utah. A few of us have STRs already and have had experiences with delays in shipping furniture pieces so we would like to start purchasing our furniture asap. The problem we're having is that there are tenants occupying the home until June - and we won't get to Utah until then either. Does anyone know any companies in Utah that are willing to accept furniture shipments and store them for us until we arrive in June?
