Hi everyone!

I have a single-family rental income property that I’m in the process of converting into a co-living space.

I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done this or has experience with co-living rentals. A few questions and concerns I have:

-What kind of rules should I be enforcing?
-What types of agreements do I need in place with tenants?
-Does anyone have a sample of a house rules template they’d be willing to share?

It would be super helpful to see what others are doing to make sure I’m covering all the bases.

Also, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve run into with co-living spaces—either as a landlord or a tenant? I’d love to get ahead of any common issues.

Thanks in advance!
