I am looking for help I have paid for the pro account but I don't have pro logo on my profile pic I had it for few days when I signed up but now its gone and I am not allowed onto marketplace bp calculator our any of the perks of a pro?

greg  and dan thanks for advise. Greg what way do you get your flips if you don't use mls or wholesaler? Dan what do you think is a good formula for woring out if the flip is worth doing?

Ann we are actually looking more in se mass towns our realtor is a good guy do you think it is possible to snag a good deal on mls listings what is  a wholesaler do they also sell  homes direct to you and how do you find a good one. And finally I see people talking about a 70/30 ratio what is that,

1 We are using a realtor who sold our original home what is the % for him at buying and selling?

2 what %can we expect to loose on taxes

3 we are in the boston area is this a good location to begin flipping.
