Hi, I'm Eugene C. I currently reside in TN just outside of Nashville. I'm getting into the wholesaling side of REI.. My question for anyone who can answer is. What are some title companies/Attorneys you'd guys could recommend? Also, what is a great way to find acquisition managers for Hedge funds looking to purchase single or multi-family housing in my market? Thanks in advance for any information.

My name is Eugene. I’m looking for any leads on hood title companies to use for wholesale deals in TN that are close to Nashville and Memphis preferably. Also, in case of double closes or proof of funds needed before an offer is accepted. Who can i contact for transactional loans?

My name is Eugene. I posted a few days ago. I've been doing research on a properties and finding ARV and income potential. My thing now is. WHERE CAN I FIND CASH BUYERS?? In the Memphis area. I'm not really familiar with that part of TN but, they have some pretty nice properties @ decent prices.

@ Walter Jones. Thanks man! Are you an investor yourself? I’ve been on the Zillow and Redfin site’s looking at properties. What criteria are most buyer looking for? I’ve seen some properties that need some TLC but, the prices were decent. How do i connect with buyers in that particular market? Is that something we can discuss? Any information is much appreciated. I love the potential of Real estate investment and I plan on moving into a different niche but, wholesaling seems best at the moment due to low startup capital being required.

Thanks a million for this information. I’m currently residing in TN. The market here is booming.. but, it’s a sellers market that comes with high prices and competition. I was looking for areas of the country that are on the way up and OH is on my radar. My question here is. If I’m living in another state would this license be valid in Ohio? Would I have to be a resident there in order to do wholesaling deals there?
