Hello,

I am in the military and will be stationed here for the next 3-4 years. I noticed how exspensive San Diego is, but instead of renting I wanted to buy and own for the time being. I am single and a first time home buyer. Any recommendations?

Go to the San diego real estate club meeting led by my good friend Bill Tan at the Scottish Rites Center.  Also, check out a FIBI ( for investors by investors) is a good start.  Find them on Meet-up.com

Ok thank you. I will look into them.
