I am in the Nashville, TN area. And I’m currently looking here in this area to get started as I have grown up here and watched the current boom here transform. I’m also interested in outlying areas to this city. But I am, in the works, moving to potentially Denver or the Pacific Northwest in the next 1-3 years.

In terms of my interests in Real Estate...

I am interested in Wholesaling as well as creating/taking over rental properties. I am open to flip properties but I also understand the time commitment that is implied with that. I also would like to not have to call on my contacts for that sort of endeavor without having further experience in general.

I am brand new to the BiggerPicjets community and podcast and so far I am loving it. Not only for the content and idea generation but the sense of community.

So the reason why I am here right now is an idea, like us all. As stated above, I am brand new to this and I am frantically attempting to select a route to take.

The things I know so far are:

I want to contribute to a community positively,

I want to grow and develop passive income,

I want to build generational wealth,

And last but definitely not least

I genuinely want to find ways to help people.

With all of that said, I am looking for a mentor. I am wanting someone local or regional to the southern US but I would be willing to chat with anyone if the presence is there.

Now! The interesting part is that I have something to offer in return.

I am by trade a software engineer and more specifically a DevOps engineer. Not only that but I have a few friends who are always looking for a side project. So what I present for anyone interested is an opportunity to share knowledge and experience in exchange for potential business automation and business innovation.

I have a proven track record with process automation in my career and I am happy to share that.

So if that sounds interesting or much needed to anyone with some proven experience in Real Estate I would love an opportunity to speak with you and maybe we can work something out.
