I'm looking for long term financing for section 8 rentals priced around 75-100k. I'm open to conventional or private lending and hoping to find a good lender with good rates that I can use repeatedly to continue buying more properties.

I'm looking for long term financing for section 8 rentals priced around 75-100k. I'm open to conventional or private lending and hoping to find a good lender with good rates that I can use repeatedly to continue buying more properties. Accidentally labeled it as offering and can't edit that part.

I'm looking for a broker that specializes in DSCR loans that can help me find the best product for a 4 unit multifamily in Missouri, Texas, Tennessee, or Oklahoma.

@Cody Steck Thank you for your response. So can rental income be counted toward income using a conventional loan?

My wife and I are looking to buy our first home. We're looking to buy something with a basement or mother in law apartment or just a duplex to help offset the mortgage payments. Based on my research, I think we will need a loan where part of the rental income can be counted as income towards getting the loan. So far I think we have 2 options: FHA owner occupied duplex loan or a HomeReady Mortgage through Fannie Mae. Are these realistic options and are there any other ways to accomplish what we want? How and what would be the best way to go about doing this?
