It's not hard to blow insulation. I'd recommend the pink fiberglass type. Get it from Lowes and you'll be able to rent the machine for free. If they require a minimum purchase to rent the machine just buy the minimum, say 20 bags of insulation, and return what you don't use. Do a little bit of research, grab a friend to feed the bags into the machine and get up there and blow it. Wear long clothes, glasses, and a mask/respirator.

Note: A little bit of research will go a long way. Books, YouTube, ect...

Speak with your pest control guy about this. I'm in SC and I just hire two laborers to go under with 6 mil plastic and call it a day. However, your termite guy will be able to give you specifics and will be able to alert you of anything special in your situation. Down here it's around 1k for a vapor barrier to be installed by a legit company. Or you can go to Lowes and get two laborers for $300 It should take 1-2 hours max to install.
Beautiful homes, do you find it more lucrative to build town homes as opposed to single family dwellings? Why? Thanks!

I have the Judgement of Foreclosure and Sale from the case and it states the sheriffs office is to remove the people and their items from the property and to put myself, the successful bidder, in possession of the property without delay. (I paraphrased that but it specifically says without delay). I called the sheriffs office today and they passed it on to the civil division within the office. The lady told me to file a writ of assist with the clerk of court and also with her office so they may deliver it to the previous owners. She stated if they were still there 5 days post delivery we would set up a time and have them forcibly removed. This is my first time having to deal with this. I don't understand why I can't just call the police for trespassing. I own the property, the deed is recorded, and the judgement of foreclosure and sale "orders and directs" the sheriffs office to remove the people and their belongings. I'm frustrated... Why on earth do these people still have the right to be in my property?

Closing on my second foreclosure bought at auction tomorrow in SC. It is owner occupied still. I informed them two weeks ago that I won the property at auction and would need to take full ownership of the property on 8/17 and they would need to be out. The owner isn't hostile and understands that they have to go but wants to remain until the end of the month because they are broke. I've already given them 2+ weeks in advance notice. I need advice on how to handle the situation, especially if you have experience with this in South Carolina. Occupant profile: two older ladies on SS, one with mental disability and another with cancer undergoing radiation treatment. Son lives at the property as well, likely 40's and works at a restaurant.

Refer to the book, Four Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris for info on this topic (I'm not sure if that's the exact title or author name but a Google search will make the book obvious). It will be worth it and it sounds like it could assist you in some of your "automation" tasks because the book is literally based on working for 4 hours, per week. Just trying to help, not trying to sell the book... -Ethan
