Hello all, anyone know a reliable, honest roofer, I am ready to sell my rental home and want to get as many bids as possible. I did already get one estimate for $6300. Is this a good price for a 1630 sq ft home?

Hi Denise, I am an agent in the Houston area and would love to help you and your husband find what you are looking for. Give me a call or send me an email and let me help you see what's out there.

Hi Olivia, I am also a new investor/realtor from the Houston area. My advise to you is to read as much as you can, join one of the Houston investing clubs (the R.I.C.H club is great), get out there and meet like minded people (there is a Houston BP meeting this Thursday at Little Woodrows in Midtown) and don't give up.

If you have any specific questions just throw them out there and there are plenty of great people here that love to help.

Welcome to BP

Hey there @Darien Gipson nice to virtually meet you. Lol. And yes the RICH Club does have a lot to offer. I was a member there, but I wasnt properly managing my time. That is one of my goals for this year, to dedicate some time each week to the investment clubs. Thanks for the advise Darien..

Hello BP, my name is Eric Stone, I am a new member from Humble, TX. I've had a love for real estate for a very long time and I think now is the time for me to jump right in with both feet. I look forward to meeting everyone and making connections with like minded people.

This is a great site for investors, for the last couple of weeks, I've been glued to my computer screen enjoying all of the podcast, forums, articles, and great resources that the site has to offer.

I am looking to get started with flipping single family homes, and eventually move on to buy and holds. Once experienced in the single family buy and holds, I will gradually move up to multi family properties. (Sounds easy enough right. lol.)

I am a licensed Realtor in TX, and I currently own a rental in the Humble area. I am pre approved with a hard money lender in Houston, and looking to get the ball rolling as soon as I can find a property that I feel would be a good investment opportunity.

I look forward to learning from all of the BP members, and any advice on doing a flip for the first time would be greatly appreciated.
