This is First time I'm purchasing a home via seller finance to my LLC. We are set to close next week. I've seen copies of the HUD and Deed. I've done the title search and everything appears to be on the up and up. Besides obtaining title insurance and ensuring the closing agent records the deed is there anything I should ensure happens before and after the purchase? Any advice or pitfalls to be aware of? I've got about 80k worth of rehab to do and don't want to make a serious error. Thanks in advance for helping out a newbie

I am looking for a cleaning company/person for my AirBnB in the Atlanta area. I don't need anyone to manage the listing but just to turnover the property for new guests. I mostly host for long term customers 7+ days so I have less traffic. Most companies I've found want 18+ percent of your profits and the cleaning fee which cuts cash flow. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense for a service I will use 2-3 times a month. Any recommendations would be helpful. I've already spoken to most of the popular ones including Kleenerly, Sky Management, and Guesty.
