Hi Sean, I’m closing on my property Tuesday. I’ve selected a property manager but unfortunately can’t give you advice on whether they are good/efficient or responsive since they haven’t started managing the property yet.

Unfortunately I did not receive the private replies.  We already selected a PM but would still be interested in hearing your recommendation for future properties or if this does not work out.

I’ve recently purchased a 3 unit property in Brooklyn Centre, Cleveland and looking for a good property manager. Someone reasonably priced and responsive in providing updates on my investment home. Any recommendations?
